Malaysian Lemongrass fried chicken

IMG_5919 1

I was not too sure what is the best name shall i given to this fried chicken recipe. At last, I decided to call it as Malaysian Lemongrass fried chicken since I use all local herbs especially lemongrass and fresh turmeric are very common in Malaysia. This is my best deep fried chicken recipe, I like to serve this fried chicken in a party (in my son Lucas's 10th Birthday party), and my kids very often requested me to make this fried chicken for them.

I created this soymilk pudding after I have got the inspiration from a Japanese restaurant which served this delicious dessert. When my family members have their first bite of this pudding , they were saying " Wow , this is nice ! " and we fell in love with this delicious dessert!

Chinese style of Nasi Lemak, with Hae Bee Shung (Spicy dried shrimps sambal)

Hae Bee Shung (Spicy dried shrimps sambal)

Why i give this nasi lemak with the name of Chinese style of nasi lemak? This is because this type of nasi lemak is selling by Chinese hawkers, i use to buy this nasi lemak for breakfast. They add Hae Bee Shung (Spicy dried shrimps sambal) instead the normal chili sambal.

I have been thinking to make Rosemary Focaccia long time ago, as I like those Western style of savoury bread e.g baguette, croissant, bagels & etc. But my family members prefer those Asian style of sweet and soft bread..So i have to halve the recipe when I baked this Rosemary Focaccia yesterday.
